Application Criteria
Foreigners obtaining master degrees or above from renowned overseas universities for less than one year, or international students obtaining master degrees or above from the universities in China for less than one year.
Approval Criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Being at least 18 years old and healthy;<\/li>
  2. With no criminal record;<\/li>
  3. Excellent academic performance, with an average score of no less than 80 (hundred mark system or equivalent), or above B+\/B (grade system), with no record of misconduct at school;<\/li>
  4. Obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degrees;<\/li>
  5. Having a certain employer and the job that fits in with his\/her major. The salary shall be no less than the average income of the local employees. The standards are determined by the provisions of the provincial human resources and social security departments in accordance with the labor market and the needs for introducing talents;<\/li>
  6. With valid passports or international travel documents.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Application Form for FWP<\/li>
    2. Curriculum Vitae (Resume)<\/li>
    3. Certificate of the highest academic degree<\/li>
    4. Certificate of no criminal record (issued in the last 6 months)<\/li>
    5. Physical examination certificate or Commitment Letter (issued in the last 6 months)<\/li>
    6. The offer of employment<\/li>
    7. The applicant\u2019s passport or international travel documents<\/li>
    8. A full-face photo of the applicant taken in the last 6 months<\/li>
    9. Other documents (including certificate of no misconduct record, academic transcript, proof of publishing recruitment at local public HR market and the HR service agencies for over 30 days)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. (Z or R) visa or valid Residence Permit held by the applicant<\/li>
      2. Employment contract \uff08no need to re-submit if provided before entering China\uff09<\/li>

        Notes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Foreign graduates obtaining degrees from overseas universities apply for FWP according to the procedures of Applying for FWP from outside China, submit the documents as listed in \u201c Before entering China\u201d above to apply for Notification Letter of FWP, and submit the documents as listed in \u201cAfter entering China\u201d above to apply for FWP.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Foreign graduates obtaining degrees from the universities in China apply for FWP according to the procedures of Applying for FWP from within China and submit a full set of documents as listed in \u201c Before entering China\u201d and \u201cAfter entering China\u201d above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. All the scanned or photographed documents must be uploaded in original version of full color;<\/li>
          2. The original documents of No.1,2,4,5 and 12 should be submitted and will not be returned once collected;<\/li>
